We deliver across India. Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed and — for bespoke pieces — once tailoring is complete.

You’ll receive a tracking link by email and can follow every order from your account. Delivery is confirmed with a one-time handover code for security.
Returns
Ready-to-wear items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed and have original tags attached. To start a return, open the order in your account and choose Request return.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
- Bespoke and made-to-measure garments cannot be returned unless faulty, as they are crafted specifically for you.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Request a return and place a new order — this is the fastest way to get your preferred fit. For bespoke pieces, contact us and our atelier will advise on alterations.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives faulty or not as ordered, contact care@apakastyles.com within 48 hours with photos and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
