These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and ApakaStyles Retail Pvt. Ltd. (“ApakaStyles”). By accessing our website, creating an account or placing an order, you accept these Terms.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
2. Products & pricing
- We aim to display products, colours and prices accurately, but slight variations may occur.
- Prices are shown in your selected currency and may change without notice; the price at checkout applies.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities or decline orders that appear fraudulent.
3. Bespoke & made-to-measure orders
Tailored garments are produced to the measurements and options you provide. Because these items are made specifically for you, they are not eligible for return unless faulty or incorrectly made. Please review your measurements carefully before ordering.
4. Orders & payment
An order is confirmed once payment is authorised and you receive an order confirmation. We accept UPI, major cards, RuPay and cash on delivery where available. Title to goods passes to you on delivery.
5. Shipping & delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
6. Returns & refunds
Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Bespoke items are excluded as described in section 3.
7. Vendors & tailors
ApakaStyles is a marketplace connecting you with independent vendors and tailors. While we vet our partners and facilitate the transaction, the fulfilling vendor or tailor is responsible for the craftsmanship of their products.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — logos, imagery, text and design — is owned by or licensed to ApakaStyles and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ApakaStyles is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra.
